Construction Progress Update – October 2025

Exciting progress continues at Chambers Reserve, with Stage 1 construction moving forward right on schedule.

All major earthworks are now complete, and roads are in place, with asphalt works commencing in October. Street signage is being installed, along with the final touches to footpath levels and supporting infrastructure — giving a clear sense of how the community is beginning to take shape.

Live water services for Stage 1 are expected to be completed by the end of October, marking an important milestone as the project moves closer toward council plan sealing and registration of titles, anticipated by the end of the year.

Once titles are created, the Villaworld Homes building team will commence home construction, ensuring new residents can look forward to moving into a well-connected and thoughtfully designed neighbourhood.

Settlements are currently anticipated for Stage 1 between April and June 2026, and Stage 2 between May and July 2026.

It’s an exciting time as Chambers Reserve transitions from plans to reality — with every stage bringing the community one step closer to completion.
