Construction Progress Builds at Chambers Reserve

Construction at Chambers Reserve is progressing well, with strong activity across the community as new homes begin to take shape.

Stage 1 is now fully sold out, with 19 homes currently in construction. The first homes are on track for completion from mid-year, marking an exciting milestone for future residents preparing to move in.

Stage 2 is also fully sold, with construction now commencing across all 37 lots. Settlements are anticipated later in the year, with the stage continuing to build momentum as works progress on site.

With both Stage 1 and Stage 2 well underway, attention now turns to Stage 3, the final stage at Chambers Reserve.

Civil works for Stage 3 are nearing completion, with housing construction expected to commence from mid-year. This stage will deliver 41 new homes and represents the final opportunity to secure a place within the community.

Across the site, slabs have been poured and frames are rising, giving a clear sense of how the neighbourhood is coming together. Streetscapes are beginning to form and the future character of the community is becoming more visible with each passing week.
